Shipping Coverage

  • PENTA DE LE MAI offers nationwide shipping within Vietnam through trusted delivery partners.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Please note that deliveries to island districts or remote areas may require additional delivery time or incur extra shipping fees.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will be counted from the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as bad weather, transportation disruptions, or peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

  • We will proactively notify you if there are any changes to your delivery schedule.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for orders valued at 5,000,000 VND or more.

  • For orders under 5,000,000 VND, shipping fees apply as follows:

    • Inner Ho Chi Minh City: from 30,000 to 50,000 VND

    • Other areas: from 30,000 to 50,000 VND depending on delivery address (detailed at checkout).

Delivery Partners

  • PENTA DE LE MAI currently partners with Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN) for delivery services.

  • Customers cannot request a specific delivery carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real-time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Unsuccessful Delivery

  • The delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to PENTA DE LE MAI’s warehouse.

  • If you request re-delivery, a new shipping fee will apply and must be paid in advance before the second delivery attempt.

Changing the Delivery Address

  • You may request to change your delivery address only if your order has not yet been handed over to the delivery carrier.

  • To request an address change, please contact our Customer Service hotline/email immediately after placing your order.

  • Once the order has been transferred to the delivery carrier, we can no longer modify the address.

Checking and Receiving Goods

  • Customers have the right to inspect the external condition of the package (packaging and seals) before signing for delivery.

  • To protect your rights, we recommend that you do not try the product before completing payment, in order to avoid issues related to return/exchange policies.

Damaged Goods During Delivery

If your package is:

  • Severely damaged, wet, or torn

  • If products inside are broken, leaking, or missing

Please take photos immediately upon receipt and send them to our Customer Service team within 24 hours.

After verification, we will support an exchange/return according to our current policy at no additional charge.

Special Notes

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Holidays, Tet, Flash Sales), delivery times may be longer than usual.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, road closures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
